• Cloud Integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox for seamless file access
• Interactive Writer Studio with smart keyboard shortcuts and real-time collaboration
• Code Execution Sandbox for safe Python code execution and analysis

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or legal entity per account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account

• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Excessive automated requests that burden our systems

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You own your content: Documents, data, and materials you upload remain yours
• License to us: You grant us rights to process your content to provide the Service

• Backup: You should maintain backups of important content

Generated Content

• Ownership: You own content generated by AI agents based on your inputs
• No guarantee: Generated content may not be unique or error-free
• Verification: You should review and verify all AI-generated content

6. Subscription and Payment

Billing

• Free Plan: Interactive Writer Studio with basic file processing (10+ formats)
• Business Plan ($10/month): Full AI workforce access, 249+ file types, calendar scheduling, research engine
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with dedicated onboarding and integrations
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after grace period

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your billing period
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We're not liable for temporary service interruptions
